Announcement of Soil and Water Conservation Acceptance for the Resource Comprehensive Utilization Project of Shanying International Holdings Co., Ltd

On May 18th, the grand opening ceremony of the 1 million ton high-grade packaging paper project of Guangdong Shanying was held. On September 28, 2020, the foundation laying ceremony for the 1 million ton high-grade packaging paper project of Guangdong Shanying was initiated. At the same time, two world-class paper production lines, raw material storage, finished product storage, and environmental protection projects were constructed. The project was designed and constructed according to the Industry 4.0 standard, and after completion, the production capacity of Guangdong Shanying base will be greatly increased.

Wu Mingwu, Chairman of Shanying International Holdings Co., Ltd., delivered a speech, warmly welcoming and sincerely thanking all the leaders and guests attending the opening ceremony, as well as all the leaders and friends from all walks of life who have long been concerned about and supported the project. In his speech, he introduced the 1 million ton high-grade packaging paper project of Guangdong Shanying, which follows the corporate philosophy of "Ecological Shanying, Centennial Foundation." It adopts efficient and energy-saving equipment, recycles wastewater, and uses the waste gas from papermaking for power generation, truly achieving a green and pollution-free factory. The PM52, which has been put into operation, was designed and constructed according to the Industry 4.0 standard, and it has introduced the world's most efficient and advanced energy-saving equipment, realizing intelligent, digital, and ecological manufacturing processes, and achieving green and pollution-free production.

Xu Xiaoxiong, Deputy Secretary of the Zhaoqing Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Zhaoqing City, stated that the project of Shanying International is a model for industrial investment attraction, enterprise capital increase, and production expansion in Zhaoqing. After reaching production standards, it is expected to create approximately 600 new jobs. Shanying International, in deep collaboration with the adjacent Guoneng Zhaoqing Power Plant, achieves comprehensive resource utilization and maximizes benefits. It is also an exemplary combination and outstanding representative of circular economy and green development in Zhaoqing. It is believed that the commissioning of the 1 million ton high-grade packaging paper project of Guangdong Shanying will inject new momentum into the accelerated construction of the new manufacturing city in the western part of the Greater Bay Area for Zhaoqing.
