Shanying Huazhong Paper Co., Ltd. has 120MW cogeneration, 30MW solid waste treatment, 35,000m³/d wastewater treatment plant, heat pipe network in the park, staff dormitory and other projects. The main products of the Company are white top testliner, kraftliner and corrugated medium, and it is the largest industrial paper production base in central China. Shanying Paper (Jilin) Co., Ltd. was established in 2018, and the proposed straw pulping project will adopt advanced efficient and clean pulping technology, comprehensively utilize local straw resources, and produce straw pulp and related biorefinery by-products. Straw pulp will be used to replace imported recycled fibers and promote the sustainable development of circular economy. After the first phase of the project is put into operation, it will effectively change the way of straw burning and waste gas disposal in the northeast region, reduce air pollution, improve the utilization rate of straw resources, promote farmers' income, improve the ecological environment, and realize the integration of agriculture, industry and ecology, and thus truly achieve green development and realize a win-win situation for both economic and social benefits. Shanying Paper (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in December 2020, and its proposed construction of industrial packaging paper, thermo-milled fiber, cogeneration, biomass power generation and comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources project will provide centralized heat supply for the entire park, unified treatment of solid waste, and contribute to regional energy saving, carbon reduction and green development. Phase I is a construction of 1.8 million tons of packaging paper 2 * B40MW cogeneration project as well as supporting raw material yard, finished product warehousing, sewage treatment and other ancillary utilities. In addition, there is the introduction of Industry 4.0 digital control module, so that the concept of digitalization will be implanted in the entire process of engineering and construction management, and it will make every effort to build the industry's digital benchmarking enterprise and lighthouse factory.

Shanying's shareholding company Nordic Paper has five mills in Sweden, Norway and Canada and has a long history dating back to the 19th century. Nordic Paper has customers in more than 92 countries and a global sales network, forming a long-term, close cooperation with customers. Nordic Paper's sales strategy is pure nature, customer service and quality assurance. The Company released its 2030 carbon reduction target in 2022 and plans to achieve at least a 50% reduction in emissions by 2030. Nordic Paper's main products include natural greaseproof paper, specialty kraft paper, high-strength kraft sack, electrician's paper and water curtain paper, etc. The annual production capacity of pulp and paper reaches 500,000 tons, and the Company was successfully listed on NASDAQ in Sweden in October 2020.

Phoenix Paper, a subsidiary controlled by Shanying and located in Kentucky, USA, formerly known as Wickliffe Mill, was founded in 1969, officially joined Shanying in 2018 and went into production on May 23, 2019. The Company mainly produces hardwood bleached pulp, double-gummed paper, inkjet printing paper and other graphical paper products, with an annual production capacity of 326,500 tons.
